An open forum will follow Dr. Martelotto’s presentation on topics including, but not limited to:

• Single-cell and single-nuclei isolation do’s and don’ts
• Working with challenging samples (e.g, frozen cells, very low input (e.g., biopsies), etc.)
• Collaboration with other cores (flow cytometry, microscopy, histology, sequencing, etc.)
• User and core expectations
• Evaluating new single-cell and spatial technologies
